Tapez 4 by Candola is a high-quality fabric with a pronounced velour appearance that brings warmth, depth, and elegance to any interior. Thanks to its robust construction and high weight of 521 g/m² ±2%, this textile is ideal for demanding applications where both aesthetics and durability are essential.
The top layer is made of 100% polyester, while the backing consists of a blend of 45% polyester, 20% cotton, and 35% polyurethane, ensuring strength, dimensional stability, and long-lasting performance. With a width of 140 cm, Tapez 4 offers a wide range of processing possibilities.
The fabric has good lightfastness (grade 4–5), meaning it retains its colour over time even when exposed to light.
Although this range was originally designed for upholstery, Tapez 4 can also be creatively used for luxurious tablecloths, placemats, decorative runners, or cutlery pockets, adding an exclusive touch to your dining experience.
