Shipping and payment
Items marked as In stock are ready for immediate dispatch. Orders are shipped on business days, usually within 48 hours. Items marked as On request are currently not in stock. The delivery time for such goods is individual and depends on their availability.
For wholesale customers (with VAT/Company ID), we ensure stock availability of selected items with regular purchases. Minimum order value is 150 CZK (Kč) or 8 € (EUR). The exchange rate is automatically updated according to the Czech National Bank for the currency CZK (Kč).

If your ordered items exceed the size or weight limits for a single parcel, your order will automatically be split into multiple parcels, and the shipping price will be adjusted accordingly.
As we transport fragile goods, shipments must be packed to ensure safe handling. For safety reasons, the maximum size or weight of a single parcel may not always be fully utilized, and items may be split into multiple parcels. Customers will be informed of such packaging in advance.
Delivery limit of 5 parcels per 1 order:
Via standard parcel delivery, we deliver a maximum of five parcels per single order. If you exceed this limit in your shopping cart, the system will not offer any delivery options. To complete your purchase, please split the items into multiple separate orders, or contact us at info@candola.cz to arrange custom pallet delivery.

Shipping price 42,35 € for Great Britain.

Due date for goods
By bank transfer – Payment information will be sent as part of the order confirmation. The total price is payable immediately, within 7 days at the latest.
By online payment card – The total price is payable immediately.
Cash on delivery – Payment is made upon delivery of the goods. The total price is payable upon receipt. A fee may apply; it is visible in the order.
Invoice issuance and delivery
We issue invoices on the day goods are dispatched or payment is received. A printed copy is included directly inside the parcel. We send the electronic PDF invoice by email on working days, no earlier than the day after the parcel is received by the buyer.
We are VAT payers. You can verify this on the website of the European Commission in the VIES on the Web application.
Online payments
Online payments are provided via the payment gateway Shoptet Pay. Payment is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of this payment gateway.
